If you are picking up your order from us at a contest or event or driving to our house, please contact us through the contact form and we will provide you with a coupon code for free shipping. Please note that domestic US orders typically take 10 days for delivery. Please also read any notes on the product pages for each product you are ordering; and some products may have longer delays associated with ordering them.

International orders are shipped by First Class mail by default ($26). This method does not provide reliable tracking outside the US and no insurance is provided, so we cannot be responsible for lost international shipments. Contact us directly for insured international shipping rates, which usually start at $50. Both methods take 20-60 days for arrival depending upon destination country.

Returns, both domestic and international, require prior approval, and shipping cannot be refunded. Only unopened kits can be refunded.

IF your kit arrives damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We replace parts damaged in shipping free of charge, however if the box is damaged, we will need photo documentation. Should you damage a part of your model during construction for any reason, please contact us to obtain replacement components. Our goal isn’t simply make a sale, but to get your airplane flying!

If you need to use a purchase order, please contact us and we will provide a W-9 as needed; Following that, please send a copy of your PO including total cost, and we invoice your school after shipping the order.
