MoFat is Josh Finn’s latest Moffett, based of experiences with the Remoffett. This model is designed for true vertical takeoff launches and so includes no takeoff gear. Just rest it on its tail and get out of the way! Lightning fast climbs and a smooth floating glide are the order of the day with this beast. The MoFat short kit contains hand selected balsa for the sheet wood parts including uprights and cross pieces. Plans are sold separately. We recommend Polyspan covering for the fuselage and 0.6mil doculam for the flying surfaces. Suitable 18″ folding propeller choices are available from Volare Products.
