G. Harry Stine’s classic Flat Cat intruduced many rocketry enthusiasts to sport and competition boost/glide flying. Unfortunately kits for the various versions of this model have gone out of production, until now. The J&H Aerospace version of the Flat Cat features tabbed self-aligning construction and a simplified pod. This model benefits from hand-selected balsa – no more rock hard wings with unusably soft fuselages! The wings are a matched set so that trimming is easier, and the fuselage includes a very light extra incidence angle built into the fuselage to ensure safe glide trim.
